Canyoning

Canyoning assembles a bunch of techniques that are mandatory for outdoor survival: such as walking, rappelling, hiking, swimming, cliff jumping, and rock climbing.

Although considered as one of the most Ancient natural activities that the human body could exercise, canyoning as an extreme sport is still a fairly new domain.

Canyoning assembles a bunch of techniques that are mandatory for outdoor survival: such as walking, rappelling, hiking, swimming, cliff jumping and rock climbing. You will need those skills to slide, jump, pass the canyon, overcome obstacles and many more adventurous actions.

What we love about this sport is the fact that it joins a wide array of activities in such a fun set up. The perfect way to have a work out done, get those muscles moving all the while having a thrilling and entertaining time .

What’s even better is that, with the lowest level of difficulty being 3 out of 10, this sport could be enjoyed by a big number of people and isn’t only reserved for the athletic ones among us. Also, although preferable, swimming skills aren’t mandatory.

You can practice this sport in groups of 4 to 12 participants. It is required for the participants to be 140 to 190cm tall with a weight limit of 110kg.
