Rope jumping consists of using a rope to jump off a cliff or a bridge for a free fall.This sport guarantees a burst of adrenaline and an array of overwhelming extreme emotions that go from fear and hesitation to blissful triumph mixed with high doses of pleasure. The feeling is comparable to jumping with a parachute from a low cliff.

It should be signaled that no one of the team pushes the participant or initiates their jump, it is a decision that they have to make themselves without any outer interference.
