In Armenia, besides the commemoration of Armenian genocide held on the 24th of April, we also commemorate the December 9th, the International Day of Commemoration and Dignity of the Victims of the Crime of Genocide and of the Prevention of this Crime. As a reminder, the Armenian genocide of 1915, resulted in 1.5 million deaths.
