The Grape Blessing Day is celebrated right after the Saint Mary's final liturgy. We choose to bless grape because it's the only fruit used for wine making and wine symbolize the blood of the Christ. The tradition wants Armenia to not eat grapes before this day and only start the wine making process after the blessing. You can assist to the blessing going to the church celebrating the Saint Mary's Assumption liturgy, at the end you will get your blessed grape so you can bring it back home.
