Humanity may not be able to time travel yet, but at this museum located in central Gyumri, you’ll feel like you’ve traveled back to the city’s heyday in the 19th century. The house itself was built in 1872 by the Dzitoghtsyan brothers, who migrated to Gyumri from Western Armenia. The home, which is really more like a mansion, was turned into a museum in 1984 to exhibit elements of the daily urban life of Gyumri, as well as the local cultural and architectural characteristics of the city.
