The 13th Khachaturian International Festival returns to Yerevan from December 9 to 19, 2025, presenting a vibrant program of symphonic and chamber concerts.
Organized by the Aram Khachaturian Cultural Foundation and the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra, the festival is led by Sergey Smbatyan and supported by the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports.
Each year the festival welcomes celebrated international artists, and the 2025 edition continues the tradition with performances at the Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall, featuring Alexandra Conunova, Emanuel Graf, Denis Kozhukhin, and conductors Gianluca Marcianò, Sergey Smbatyan, Vag Papian and Bojan Suđić. Chamber concerts will also be held at the Aram Khachaturian Museum and the Komitas Chamber Music House.
The program will include works by Aram Khachaturian, Tchaikovsky, Pärt, Prokofiev, Altunyan, and others. The festival will conclude with a grand concert at the Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex, featuring “Symphonic New Year. Khachaturian Jazz.”
Honoring Aram Khachaturian’s legacy, the festival continues to evolve as one of Armenia’s leading cultural events.
