The Tourism Committee of Armenia is pleased to announce the official Armenian tourism pavilion at Târgul de Turism al României (TTR) 2026, Romania’s largest and most prestigious tourism exhibition. The event will take place from 12–15 February 2026 at ROMEXPO, Bucharest, bringing together leading destinations, travel professionals, and media from across the region.

The Armenian pavilion organized by the Armenian Business Council in Romania, will be led by the Tourism Committee of Armenia alongside Armenian tour operators, hotels, airlines, and organizations representing tourism and related sectors. Together, they will highlight Armenia as a compelling, accessible, and diverse destination for Romanian and international travelers.

“Today’s travelers are increasingly drawn to destinations that offer depth, authenticity, and meaningful cultural experiences,” said Lusine Gevorgyan, Chairperson of the Tourism Committee of Armenia. “Armenia offers all of this—ancient heritage, living traditions, warm hospitality, and dynamic modern experiences—and we are delighted to share Armenia’s story with visitors at Târgul de Turism al României.”

With direct flights connecting Bucharest and Yerevan, Armenia is easily accessible for Romanian travelers. Visitors are invited to explore the country’s rich and varied tourism offering, including its UNESCO World Heritage sites, emerging wine tourism rooted in one of the world’s oldest winemaking traditions, and a vibrant culinary scene. Armenia also offers exhilarating adventure opportunities and diverse natural landscapes, from dramatic mountain ranges and alpine lakes to scenic hiking trails and outdoor routes. In addition, travelers can experience Armenia’s lively urban culture, festivals, wellness offerings, and year-round active tourism experiences.

Romania is an important and growing market for Armenia, and participation in TTR 2026 aims to strengthen tourism ties, promote new travel products, and encourage closer cooperation between Armenian and Romanian tourism professionals.
