The Golden Apricot International Film Festival, held annually in Yerevan, celebrates diverse cinematic artistry from around the world. Since its inception in 2004, the festival has become a significant cultural event, showcasing a wide array of art-films that explore themes of human rights, cultural diversity, and historical narratives. It serves as a platform for filmmakers to present their works and engage in meaningful dialogue, fostering cross-cultural understanding and appreciation for global cinema.

For the 21st time in a row, Golden Apricot Yerevan International Film Festival will implement a seven-day cinema celebration in Armenia’s capital with world-famous artists and more than 100 of the best films from Armenia, the region and the world.

In the year of the 100th anniversaries of Sergei Parajanov and Charles Aznavour, the festival will showcase the latest premieres from Cannes, Berlin, and Venice, along with rendezvous events with award-winning master filmmakers, exhibitions and concerts, making the second week of July unforgettable.
