Panrkhash Festival in Gyumri, will be held in Gyumri on 20 July, initiated by the Gyumri Municipality. Panrkhash has a special meaning. This dish is most characteristic of the population of Shirak region and is still prepared in Armenian families, many restaurants also include this dish in their menus.
